Antecs are good PSUs. They deliver what they say they will. You did not say how many drives you intend to run off of it, but if you're the average overclocker, it should meet your needs. If you intend to run that core voltage up above say, 1.85V, you should consider the 400W Antec.

Antec are good brand and lots of people them.

Although isn't that abit too low? I'd just get 450watt to be in the loop if your going to add more in the future to it like 2-3 hard drives + fans etc.
