I have started building my updated PC. I tried to power up the system and all it seems to do is cycle power. The fans start up for a brief second or 2 and then it goes off then cycles again, again.
I removed the Vid Card then restarted it, same outcome. I removed the ram 1 by 1 and re started it same out come. Does anyone have any suggestions. I don't have the lcd poster with this board.
