Good or Not?

I need to know what you guy think about this ram OCZ Reaper HPC 6GB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227379). I am thinking about pairing it with the asus rampage 2 extreme or foxconn bloodrage. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Timings are somewhat high, cheap but there not too bad. Make sure the heatsink's don't interfere with your heatsink.

EDIT: I think they just went up in price

I've got the Flex series rated at 6-6-6-18 (1200mhz) but my BIOS picks 5-5-5-18 and it runs great.
