Hi ppl,

I am interested in cheaper DDR2 SDRAM that can do 1066 MHz with timings 5-5-5 under 2.2V with good mobo. Also, if temps are lower.

I know Kingston hyperX KHX8500D2K2 should be able to do that and they are pretty cheap. Some that can outperform them at the same price? The more propositions, the better.

It's not the brand that matters; instead it's what ICs the modules use.

At this price point though, it's gonna be hard to figure out what they're using.
 
why whats wrong with mushkin? i bought mine used, they are about 2 years old i think, they seem to rocking nicely with my dominators, and they are binned lower then them to boot.
