Memory settings...

I'm currently playing around with the memory settings in BIOS on my Abit KR7A-RAID mobo. My problem is that I'm used to ASUS mobo's, and they don't have this many settings. DDR que settings, command strenght settings etc. are things I haven't encountered before. If some of you could tell me you're RAM settings and give me some advice it would be great! :)
I'm running with 2x512 MB ECC/REG DDR 2100.

P.S. What kinda voltage can I send through these things with only 4 cabinet coolers for cooling?

My RAM settings are as follows. I've run 150Mhz FSB at the following with no lockups or blue screens:

DRAM timing = manual
CAS = 2
Bank Int = 4 bank
PreCharge to Active = 2T
= 5T
= 2T
Queue Depth = 4
DRAM command rate = 1T

I'm also running the CPU command decode on "Ultra". This has given me the best memory scores so far. I'm running my KingMax at 2.75v.
