Hey i was going to build my own water cooling system and i was wondering what would be the easiest and most cost effective way. A submersible pump or an inline pump? I was thinking of a submersible 692gph pump or a 500gph submersible. Also, what size copper heating coil should i use for the radiator? I have what looks like a 1/4 or 3/8 inch one at home. Is this enough r should i got to a 3/4 or a 7/8 insh size instead? I realize that you have to have the right size pump to radiator hose ratio to get the best performance. Also, i want the best conductivity with the water clock. Should i worry about a shim to protect against crushing or should that not be a problem? What size hose should i use? I was thinking about helping to water proof the whole cooling system by melting the tube around the nozzels of the different components. Is this a good idea or should i use plumbers glue? I want absloutely no leaks. Do i have to worry about condensation build up at all? Should i coat the pipes in something? Please get back to me and let me know some of the answers to these questions. Thanks all!!!

leaking shouldn't be a problem if you use hose barbs, If they seem loose you can use clamps or zip-ties to secure them. I'm not entirely sure about radiator coil size, but i'd think as long as its at least as big as the other tubing it should be fine. you only need to worry about condensation if you are chilling the water or using a peltier (ie if any components/hoses/etc will be below ambient temps).
