Geil 2Gb Dual Kit

Hi guys,

I'm new around here. I've been using a computer for more than 15 years but never done any overclocking. Can you please guide me on how to OC my 2gb dual kit? Here are the full specs:

Geil
2 x 1GB
DDR2 800MH
PC2-6400
SPD 5-5-5-15
latency 5
6 layers
aluminum radiator
Model:GX21GB6400DC

Remember you're talking to a complete newb is this business so please try to be as descriptive as possible. What's obvious to you might not be to me :) I'm looking for some decent increase in performance, nothing extreme. Anything helpful will do.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you OC the CPU and the memory is OC'd as a side affect. Once the CPU is maxed out you can push the memory furthur but you don't get a lot performance increase from the work.
