best bios tweaking?

i was wondering if there was a website that specialized in this area for different bios(s) like american megatrends, amd, A-bit,... thanks.

Usually there's not much to tweak in the bios except for ram timings which should all be set to the lowest number possible and all guides will tell you to disable Video Cacheable etc.
