Overclocking Titan GeF3 card under Win XP pro???

I'm looking for a utility or way to overclock my Titan GeForce 3 card under Win XP pro... I have been searching the net all afternoon and have yet to find one. Any help would be greatly apprciated, thanks.

Post under Video Card section for some more help since there alot of users there with the GF3 who overclock using NT Kernal.

But for a fact I know Rivatuner and NVMax will work.
