Question about Quadro cards

i got a question refarding quadro cards.. do they work on PC motherboards? or it has to be a workstation motherboard?

They'll work on any mobo with the pci-x16 slot.. why though.. unless you're doing 3dmax, 3dstudio, or cards designed to use the extra hw accel from the quattro cards you're better off with a consumer grade card.

However for rendering, and 3d design it's like Tony says "They're GRRRREAT"
