Hey all I am having problems with my memory reading at 400mhz and not 800. I have changed the setting in my Mobo bios and it still is at 400. Am I missing something or am I do something wrong? I currently have a Biostar TA790gx A2+ with a AMD 7750 kuma processor. Its Vista Ult 32 bit...THe Ram I have is OCZ part number OCZ2VU8002GK and im running 4 gigs of it...hope I posted this in the right spot and any help will be greatly apreciated thanks.

If you're referring to the DRAM Frequency field in CPU-Z, then the frequency shown will be 1/2 the effective DRAM speed.

Oh Ok I see...I was currently turned on by a friend to 3d Mark Vantage and got a crap score of 4455...And when looking to improve it I noticed the 400....hoping it was my problem...so now I guess i have to look elsewhere for improvements...thanks for your help

Thats correct. Same specs on my g skill stock, theses types of ram can handle 1.9V So what I did was set mine at 1.9 then work up from there....Cpuz Reads 1/2 of ram speed, your speeds are running at 800mhz
