whats the board like? Gigabyte GA-P31-ES3G iP31

im looking to get a new MB i was looking at this one.

I want to know what options thhis has, for the vcore, and the memory speed?

dont know the board but you can do a google on it and get some reviews on it or dl the owners manual from gigibyte

i have read various reviews , they all state that i can change the Vcore, but they dont say what options i have, can i set voltage manualy is so what range is there? or is it like my current mb were i can just select +x% ?

Sorry for all the questions, im kind of a newb at this.

this mb will be for my fileserver, an i intend to underclock and undervolt it , if i cannot select the vcore manualy i can just do a pad mod of sorts, but i would rather avoid this.
