My sister was having problems with her motherboard before, no power was getting to it. She just now bought a new motherboard, and the same problem is occuring, some times there's no power at all, and there's just a blank screen on the monitor. It's not the video card, but we think it might be the PS. If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.
