Blackberry Storm issue?

Has anybody run across just one contact from Outlook 2007 not syncing with a Storm? Using desktop manager to sync. I can't find anything when searching google. When I search using enough terms to crowd out the large amounts of 'how to sync' instructions, there isn't anything really applies.
