Can I overclock my MS-6580 board?

Hello,

I'm very new to overclocking, I have an older motherboard and haven't been able to get into my Chipset settings. It seems to be locked and I don't know how to unlock it.

Has anyone worked with this MSI board or have a guide for overclocking it?

I'm only doing a small overclock, my motherboard only supports 3.2ghz and currently I have a 2.8ghz P4.

You might be able to do some limited overclocking with that board. It depends on what chipset you have. MS-6580 is the same generic model number for six different motherboard models. Do you know which specific board is yours?
