First see signature for my system specs.

I've recently bought the 275 GTX. First uninstalled my ATI drivers, then went into safe mode and used driver cleaner to sweep it all. Then shutdown and installed it firmly onto PCI-Ex16 slot. Attached the 2x 6 pin PCI-E power connectors. This leads to no display/video whatsoever. But the computer does boot into Windows 7, as I hear the startup sound.

Things that I have tried:

I've tried my brother's 260 GTX and it works in my system just fine.
The 4850 still works in my system.
I've tried swapping out my ram.
I've tried various power connections via power supply. from 2 PCI-E connectors to 1 PCI-E and one converter (comes with card) and 2 converters.
I've tried both DVI connections on the video card.
Tried another PSU, Corsair 1000HX
Updated BIOS to the latest version 2101.
BIOS is set to default settings.

I've also tried putting the Geforce 275 GTX into a friend's computer and it worked?!

So now its up to you guys! Help me out! I'll be extremely grateful if you guys can help me out!

Thanks!

I see you have not tried switching it to a different PCI Express slot. Try that and see if it helps.

yeah u can try swapping slots but i doubt that working, my mobo only accepts output on certain slots depending no how many cards are in it (xfx 780i)

does ur brother have same mobo as you? i would be thinking of sending it back to get a new one :)
