Borderlands looks good, one of the games I'm waiting for as well.

Which is why I started the calendar. Although it won't help the people looking for an obscure game, as they will just search game release list after list until they find it; they can add it to the calendar for someone else to see.

I think it was supposed to be fairly well into development. Konami dropped it so they are looking for a new publisher, but whether they will find one or not remains to be seen.

Haha, I'm with you man, I have to think about some of these for quite a while now. "SC" could mean Starcraft, Splinter Cell, Supreme Commander, or Sim City. In this case it means Starcraft 2, I assume.

SC is always Starcraft. Sup Com is for Supreme Commander. Sim City is also refered to as sc, but it's always like sc 2000, 3000, 4 or sc: socities so there is no mixup. Splinter Cell is the same way. SC: Double Agent, SC: Chaos Theory and so on. CS is is Counterstrike don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Not IMO, Borderlands is like a cartoony run and shoot and explore mini RPG type thing.

Rage is going to be a more realistic somewhat explorable focused game. I think RAGE is gonna have more of a Cinematic/Movie feel, as for Borderlands to me just seems like a average singleplayer RPG.

Eitherway both should be good. God Im in need of a ID software game. Wolf 09 something I NEED YOU!

The flame thrower graphics in the multiplayer of return to castle wolfenstein were awesome for its time IMO. I actually think the design of that flamethrower is a 100 times better than world at wars flame thrower online. I don't remember why I didn't play much of it online..maybe was tied up w/ MOHAA or ghost recon multi-play..
I haven't played the 3D version since the mid 90's, I need to go try that for nostalgic purposes alone
