Hey all,

I've been a longtime reader, but never really had much experience in OCing. I am about to start building my new rig as soon as all the parts arrive.

I would like to OC my CPU some, but I need it to run stable for multiple days at a time. What recommendations do y'all have? I've read some folks getting 4.0Ghz quite easily. Not sure if I want to go that high considering heat and such. I would probably be satisfied with 3.2-3.66ghz. Can anyone offer some suggestions for certain settings to try and reach that?

Here is the setup:

- Lian Li PC-65B ATX Mid Tower Case
- Asus P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 Motherboard
- Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66Ghz LGA 130W Quad-Core Processor (Model: BX80601920)
- Zalman CNPS9500 w/ZM-CS4A Socket 1366 Adapter Clip
- Corsair XMS 3GB (3 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit
- BFG Tech GeForce GTX 260 896mb 448-bit GDDR3
- Corsair CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V
- WD Raptor X WD1500AHFD 150GB 10000RPM SATA 1.5Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive
- Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive

Thank you all in advance :)
