Hard disk question

hi, i'm buying a new 120gxp 80gb IBM Deskstar hard disk
but i've got a problem :cool: :
I have seen this hard disk in UIDE 100 interface and also ATA 100????? only the ATA interface is listed in the IBM website
are they the same thing?, if not then is ATA 100 faster?
