Alright, so I'm trying to see what my backup computer can do. I installed currently the E5200 up to 3.8Ghz no problem. The problem is overclocking my 9600GT. I'm trying to use Rivatuner so it will enable on startup, but it doesn't give me the option in low level system tweaks.

If you got the latest WHQL drivers from NV's site the latest Rivatuner 2.24 isn't updated for them yet.

Does anyone know how to modify the bios on this thing.

I'm assuming that means that it says "cannot find driver version" or something.
If this is the case then here's what to do to enable the overclocking tool. You need to set it to be a generic driver.

Click the "power user" at the top of the window.
Now scroll down and expand the "RivaTuner \ System" tab thing
There shouldn't be a value next to “ForceDriverVersion” so you need to enter something to create a fake driver.

Now I can't quite remember what to type into it but I think it's something like
A quick google into the almost latest drivers should do. Just enter say the driver name from 4-5 releases ago so it should be like 182.50 or something

Hope this helped =)
