Depends on the specific version, the low end will be about $100 and the high end about $400.

the highest end gf4mx will be about 190 but its a nv17 chipset and the highest end gf4 (nv 15) will be about 400

Thanks. Seems like $400 for a new card is about the norm any more, huh??? But, as long as we pay it...

Hey, it's better than the GF3's $600 launch price :)! I'm going to get it a week or two after it launches, hopefully at $325-350 for a VIVO version of the Ti4600 (or Ti4400 if it has 128mb of RAM) :).

Someone explain how a new video card, aparently with even more new features, is justified when the "new" features included with their last release aren't even being used in any current/released games (a year later no less :eek: )??

So probably in a months time i could pick up a Ti 500 for around $100 after the Geforce 4 comes out. Better than paying $300 now

the gf4 is for doom 3 and unreal 2........
thats all there is to it..
and as for the ti500 expect for it to be about 250 for a while.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to upgrade the MoBO to use the new GeForce4. I mean after all it`s 8x AGP and most of the MoBo`s we use are 2X, 4X, and Pro.

No it will work with agp 4x would be a little better with 8x agp.

I don't know about AMD motherboards but there are no motherboards for pentium 4 that go higher than 4x AGP at the moment

Intel is working on the Brooksdale which will have AGP 8X, and i think Via is working on one as well.....
