Hey guys sup? K I have a fairly pressing matter. My audio doesn't work on windows 7, just installed recently as some may know and the audio was working perfectly up until this afternoon. I hadn't changed anything but the services both windows audio and windows audio endpoint builder WILL NOT RUN. They complain about error 1722 RPC server is unavailable. I haven't changed anything? I tried uninstalling the audio devices through both programs/features and device manager, and it claims to reinstall fine, but it tells me the audio devices are installed, but the High Definition Audio Controller keeps saying 'searching for preconfigured driver controllers' or something or rather.
It still works on XP so its not a hardware issue, but I'd much rather run my programs in Win7 for my TAFE course if I can fix it asap! Cheers guys!
