Has anyone ever run in to a problem were you get exclamation points across the moniter and all the text is in some unreadable language. This happens mostly on reboot and once so far on cold boot very sparatic.
Have change monitors so its not that and video cards. Any Ideas???

My first thought is memory problems or maybe processor error. Can you describe it in more detail? Once we can decide if this is hardware or software I am sure this thread will be moved.

Well thats about all there is to discribe. Every time its done it and it gets into windows its fine so I'm not really sure what to say I have noticed no other changes in performance. The only thing I,ve change is to repartion the hard drive into 4 partions and reinstalled OS. I've removed and reinstalled memory but not the chip I guess I could have cracked the core moving things around but I would think I'd have lockups with a cracked core or other issues.

Only when I get email from AOLers.
Other than that, no. Tried a BIOS flash, or a topload of your OS? When exaclty does the problem occur?
