I want to overclock my new CPU and probably my graphic cards a little bit, Im not using water cooling, but did purchase an aftermarket fan for the cpu... here is what I have.

EVGA E758-TR 3-Way SLI (x16/x16/x8) LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
GPU:
EVGA 017-P3-1175-AR GeForce GTX 275 1792MB 448-bit DDR3 x2
Im not sure if any of you guys have this setup or close to it or can point me in the right direction. This wont be my first system build but my first OC, im not looking at going crazy but I dont have the first clue as to what watt and bus speed and all that should be... guys can you help?
