I popped the Heatsink off my Radeon but I don't know how to get the Epoxy off, someone told me sanding another told me nailpolish remover, who is right?

Sand it off. Acetone won't touch epoxy, it's good for removing goop though.

I half filed the leftover epoxy off my Voodoo, and then when I thought it was thin enough, I used a razor blade to "chip off the rest. Took forever, but came out nice, without damaging the chip. If you're not comfortable with filing it, sand it. Just make sure you're careful, and TAKE YOUR TIME. Not exactly something you want to rush. Don't get impatient and ruin your vid card now that you can't return it. If you feel like you're getting too anxious, put it down and go do something else for a while, watch TV for a bit, have something to eat, whatever, just don't rush it. Your video card is probably the single most expensive piece of hardware in your system.
