Best Tweaker for Radeon?

I currently use Rage3D, but I think it sucks, the options are good but the way it's layed-out needs improvement, badly

Does it have tweaking settings specifiaclly for the Radeon? Like turning Bump Mapping on and off and stuff?

Powerstrip is more generic but I like it best.

For Nvidia Chipsets I use Nvmax

I know you have a Radeon and I suggested Powerstrip, I was merely mentioning what I also use on Nvidia chipsets.
