ok the image i was going to take was too big to post but my radiator size is 12" x 8" x 3". Is this too big? It has 3/8" copper tubing in it that i have to reconnect the ends on.

I was gonna take a metal basin about the same size and about 2" deep and weld it on upside down on the radiator and put holes in the bottom of it. I would then put 3 80mm fans on it. Is this a good idea? I thought it would help with the cooling of the wholre radiator instead of just one section.

Is this acceptable for a 500gph pump? Also, what size should i get for tubing? It has to fit snug to a 3/8" radiator although i can always melt it or shrink it onto the copper.

Have a nice day and thanks for ur input!!!

I'd say if you could do it use 4 120mm fans. Two on the outside pushing the air and and two on the inside pulling the air tho.

i would but the whole point of the system is to have less noise as well as cooler temps

4 120mm fans would probably be quieter than 3 80mm fans at full speed, and move a lot more air.

172mm fans are ideal :)
YS-TECHs aren't that quiet btw, I think they're noisy as hell.
