98se?

I just built my new machine,fresh install of Windows 98se.What i've noticed in I.E.6,and maybe 98se in general is alot of crashes.I installed the update from MS,and its helped some.

It almost feels like a power saving program kickin in,I have to research that further.Played empire earth for like 5 hrs without a problem,just when I'm surfin.Also just switched from 56k too broadband.

Is Windows 98 just becoming a dinosaur,with all this new technology?

It is a dinosaur, however, I find it pretty stable. My guess is that crashes are not os related.

hmmm thanks flounder.I'm thinking I might get this glitch worked and then see about upgrading.Or just learn more about this old OS,so I would truely apperciate a new one like win2k or Xp.
