two questions....Help?

I used to have 256SDR PC133 and the computer ran fine...
I got greedy and upgrade it to 256DDR PC2100 (by the way my mobo is ECSK7s5a, it supports two RAMs) but I really don't see any different (any faster) when i'm playing games or opening programs...especially playing Age of Empires The Conqueror (those of you who have the game know that it takes up a lot of memory to play online)

uh dumb question....PCxxxx what that number "x" suppose to mean?...like PC133 runs at 133mhz?...i dun really know...help?

Anyway i'm thinking of returning that DDR ram and get an IBM hard drive 8.5 seek times, 7200rpm, and 2mb buffered....SHOULD i?????????????????????.......

oh last question...how do I enable/disable swap files?

1600=100fsb
2100=133fsb
2400=150fsb
2700=166fsb

Yes I would return the memory as boards that use both sdr and ddr memory usually show little or difference when using ddr.

If you plan to upgrade the board to a ddr only board then maybe keep it.

The swap file settings in most windows versions are in the control panel-system-adanced section.
