I Am New To O/c.....how Do I O/c A 1.2gig T-bird?

I would like to learn how to overclock.....so, I got a 1.2 gig t-bird, can anyone help me with this, im very new at it, just learning, and I know there is alot of geniuses on here, so any help very appreciated.........thanx
