Anyone know when this chipset will hit mainboards available to the general public? I also wonder if they will feature the upcoming USB 3.0, it may be the basis for my future system

Seeing intels release dates for there 775 chips, I wouldn't expect there to be a new chipset for another yearish
USB 3.0 would be the southbridge anyway.

I'd assume it would be released at the same time, i dont see intel releasing a new southbridge with the X58
