Ok, I am having an issue with my memory. I am running vista x64 and in my system properties window, it shows me having my full 6 gigs of ram. The problem is that in task manager, It only shows me as having 4 gigs. I have looked around and have not found a similar problem. Any ideas?

EVGA X58 SLI
Core i7 920
6GB 1066MHZ DDR3

I have the same board... You need to reset the BIOS and even maybe remove the ram and then hit the reset BIOS button. I updated my BIOS and haven't had any issues sense.

Start | Type msconfig in the "Start Search" field, and hit ENTER | Configuration Utility--> "Boot" tab | "Advanced options" button | Under the "BOOT Advanced Options" dialog, make sure the "Maximum memory" option isn't checked. If it is checked, uncheck it and reboot.

terran2k: I looked in the bios and didn't even see that option, but I will look again when I get home, just to make sure.
hangten: I was having some issues with the bios download on the EVGA website, but I will try again when I get home from work today.
redduc900: That was actually the first thing i thought to look at, and it was unchecked, but thanks for the suggestion.
EDIT: Updating the bios solved my problem. Thanks for your help guys.
