What mobo are your running?
Most mother board "monitors" run on the high side of temps. I know my Asus A7V ran about 5-7F different than two other programs I had running.
113F doesn't sound toooo bad, a bit high, but by no means bad.
What HSF do you have?
Need more info plzzzz

This image is of my 1.4 running stock. The memory is O/C, but the cpu is 1.4.

113 F is really not that bad..... thats like 45 C
which is near what my athlon runs under load ( overclocked to 1650mhz)
Remember temps depend on a lot of things... your heat sink, ambient tempurates has a HUGE effect on your performance (not so much with water cooling).
i wouldn't lose any sleep over 45 C... unless you were expecting some awsome overclock.
those aren't GREAT temps... but they will get you by just fine...
if you are interested in some better cooling look into a Alpha 8045
or a
Swiftech MCX462
both of those are top notch Heatsinks

My Duron 900 Ran for 8 months at 56C. Most people, including me, think that's way too hot. But honestly, most consumer PCs such as gateway, compaq, etc... are running that hot, but the world never cares to check. From my experience, you can usually run up to the high 50's without problems. when you top 60C, most of the time you'll see stability problems.
If I could set an average desirable temp I'd have to say shoot for 45C or less. That's very achievable with only 1 case fan if set up as a blower directly over HSF. Remember that a small change in the ambient temp of your room can lead to seemingly large increases in cpu temps. 45C gives you a nice safety margin. Just my $0.02.
