Must get the best Voodoo 4 score!

I must get the best Voodoo 4 score on 3dmark 2001. It is my goal.:D So far my best is 1631 with my T-Bird running at 148 x 6.5 which is like 962 Mhz, and my Voodoo 4 o/ced to 190 Mhz. I wonder what else I can do to try and get it higher. I probably will need a better CPU to beat the best score which is like 2200 or so! :eek:

Why don't you just forget about the best Voodoo4 score? Even the V5s are out of date.

My recommendation is that you spend your money on a new video card like a GeForce3 Ti or a Radeon7500-8500, or something along those lines. That'd boost your score a few hundred points and you can enjoy your games a lot more before having to get a new processor.

Even though I am planning on buying a new video card in the next few months, I really don't require one to play the games that I play. Besides, I'd take pride in having the system with the best Voodoo 4 score. Cheers!:beer:
