Steady Overclocked to 3.20 GHz right now.

PLEASE, I Need to know the settings below in the BIOS to change to OC the computer even more than I have.

If there is something missing from this TEMPLATE UD3P or added that doesn't exist then please tell me about

it, thanks.

Thanks to all, especially you hardcore overclocking gurus I read about all the time.

thanks to everyone else too.

I usually used 1.3-1.4v for the NB when OCing on my UD3P. You also have some room for the vcore to be increased.

What are your temps looking like under load?

North bridge. It is important to understand what different components are doing- not just "I need a north bridge voltage over 1.4 to get X done" but what does the North Bridge actually do. This is for the same reason as when you learn engines or something like that- knowing what a part does helps you understand how it relates to the other parts and why your actions are making it more stable for X application and you learn more and all the pieces fit.

Something like a wikipedia of all the terms you're unsure about, and reading the 'guide to overclocking your (insert CPU)' on the front page of this site is good for that info- as well as lots of other info if you haven't read it.

Anyways- I'm concerned that your CPU cooler (freezer 7 pro) is not sufficient. I have that same cooler on a dual core E6550. I got that to 4Ghz- but only in (literally) freezing ambient temperatures. In normal 77F room temperature, the CPU becomes too much for that cooler to handle at only 1.41v (it exceeds 60c significantly) and I need 1.43 for 4Ghz on that CPU.

I think your CPU might produce too much heat for that cooler if you clock much higher. You may find yourself actually needing to swap to something that can draw away more heat if you want a lot more out of your current setup.

Are you using core temp to check the temperature of the cpu under load? You still haven't posted what it is and that is important.

I'm saying that an abbreviation is not simply 2 letters like NB.

Do you realize how impossible it is to Google search simply "NB" ? It is not possible without more information.
