No phone support. if you have problem with technical you need to email and wait for them. sometimes you need to wait for more than 24hours

I'm not sure when you were using DH, but I can vouch that this is definitely not the case any more. Or anytime in the past few years.
I've used DH since 2005 and have never had any issues with them that weren't my own fault. Support has ALWAYS been fantastic to me, even when I got nasty with them(I do that sometimes :( )
Now, you can't use their shared hosting(what this deal is for) and expect to host some public file server as big as FileFront or RapidShare.

Everyone be aware though. It SAYS unlimited but that's not EXACTLY the case. You start off with some certain amount of space and bandwidth and it grows every week.
Here is my current bandwidth stats:
My Crazy Domain Insane 4096 GB(starting) 40 GB/week(growing) +4592 GB(total growth) 8688 GB(current amount)

Anyhow, like I said. It grows weekly. I don't remember what it starts out at, depends on what plan you get. But here are a couple promo codes you can use.

150SPACE150BW - 150% Space and Bandwidth(50% MORE space and bandwidth on ANY plan)
PLUS1REGBABY - 1 EXTRA free domain registration. Pretty sure this makes any plan give you at least 2 free domains, because I think every plan comes with at least 1 already.
This also saves you $45 a year, or something similar to that.

If anyone would like a promo code for more domains(up to 5 I think) free, or a free unique IP(lifetime of the account) I can do that as well. Also, I can post a code that saves you some massive amount per year(I forget how much but can check) if anyone wants that.


Don't know if you can tell, but I love DH. I HAVE used other hosting before, and I have to say DH has fantastic support. I've only had this kind of quality when renting a whole server(WOOO that was expensive) from a company called JaguarPC.
If anyone has questions regarding DreamHost I can try and answer them.

Edit: I want to put this out before someone else does and thinks they're the newest e-Dick Tracy. I DO get money off of my hosting when using the above promo codes(or any I offered) but you also can't get these benefits without using the codes, and I can't offer the codes without it benefiting me. This is also why I'm offering up to 5 free domains or a ton off yearly, etc. I can honestly say that I will give you the max benefits I possibly can. Each benefit I add to a promo code, makes the amount towards my hosting fee less and less but I'm fine with it. I'm really just trying to help out here.
