Asus X83VM-x1 or other x83 models please post your screen model

Hello, I hope someone can share in my plight and save me! My screen on an
X83VM-X1 is broke and I need to find an LED backlit LCD. The model of my cracked screen is B141EW05 V.0 from AU optronics. I am interested to see what other model screens are suitable for this model. Not all 14.1 screens will fit as it must be a 14.1 LED backlight type. I only know of one manufacturer Chei Mei that makes them. Please if you have this model or a variant, pst your everest information to help. Thanks in advance.

Is this something I have to take it apart for? I have one, but I really don't want to void the warrenty, it's my baby :(

Hi, Thanks for replying. You do not have to take the lappie apart. Download Everest (http://www.lavalys.com/) software which will tell you what model LCD you have.

The output of the screen will be like the attatched file
