Follow this link to the Virtual Zone for the current P4 NW overclocking records. They list the Motherboards being used as well. One guy has a 1.6 all the way up to 3.4!

I overclocked my 1.8ghz to 2.4ghz with the retail Intel heatsink, i haven't tried higher, but now i'm going to after looking at that website :D
Liquid nitrogen?? i wonder how long they got that to work for, before they freezed the processor or poisoned themselves to death
One of my friend overclocked his1.8ghz to 2.6ghz with the retail intel heatsink @1.6 V !! http://serkan.free.fr/Bench.jpg

My guess is that they are mostly Japanese guys. They are very serious about O/C-ing in Japan. I noticed that several of the motherboards were modified. Probably with that Japanese gizmo that can up the FSB. I forget the name at the moment. But it involves soldering I believe and is a serious mod if you ask me.
