One of my parents laptop screens just broke.

Looking to find somewhere to buy a replacement/improved screen for it.

Anyone know of any good place to locate these?

Thanks

firstly model of laptop.

secondly how is it broken? (lcd physically cracked... or is backlight just not working?)

unless you can find one cheap, u might just be better off getting a new laptop.

Right. Check ebay for a unit with a working screen, dead body. You'll have difficulty finding something elsewhere.

I'll have to check with the parentals... after I get off work.

But hopefully its not too much..

Ebay is pretty much the best places to get these things. Just keep a close eye and the sellers return policy in case you have any issues with dead pixels and such.
