mobo newbie w/ questions

I've overclocked a processor before but never a motherboard.

My board is a GA-P35-DS3L.

1) Is NorthBridge the only temperature you have to monitor when overclocking a mobo?

2) What's the max safe temp for NB for 24/7 use?

3) What program does one use to monitor NB temperatures?

4) How high do you think I can run my board 24/7 without purchasing additional equipment (like an NB heatsink or fans)?

5) What is vdroop? Do I need to worry about it?
