Hey. I got new IBM GXP60 40G, and there is no disks for it. How do I install/format. Help me out.

What OS do you run? If you run Win98, just boot from a bootfloppy and use fdisk. NT/2000/XP will also format a drive. Just boot from the CD, then start an installation. You'll see a point where you can define partitions, then you can choose to format them.
you also might want to try Linux-Mandrake. They've got a great formatting/partitioning utility called Disk-Drake. You can download or buy Linux-Mandrake at http://www.linux-mandrake.com/ you can also pick it up at most stores that sell software such as BestBuy, Staples, Wal-Mart... Try it, you might like it.

You can also go to IBM's own site.
They have a wide range of utilities available, including an installer.
