i need my lap (i need a general code for this machine please!!)

I'm not completely sure what you are asking for here because I'm not familiar with the makings of laptops, but I'm thinking that, if there is a CMOS jumper somewhere in there, you could pull it out for a few seconds and then replace it again. I would think that would eliminate the BIOS password.

Agree, but if you cannot find the jumper, remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard, it will look like a watch battery. Leave off for 2 minutes, replace and the password is removed.

You can also search the net for BIOS password defaults. Most manufacturers put in backdoor passwords for this type of situation.

I think we might be having a language difficulty. English does not appear to be your first language. Go ahead and post in both english and your native language(Spanish) we can probably find a translator.

I am going to assume you need the BIOS setup password, not the login password. Some laptops do not have a jumper to reset that password. I am familar with Dell laptops, not Hitachi. Some will let you flash the BIOS and will reset that password. If that is not the case you will have to contact Hitachi. They do not make those passwords public knowledge.
