Laptop like a Macbook Pro

Is there any other laptop besides a MacBook Pro that has an LED backlit keyboard and screen, multitouch touchpad, integrated bluetooth and 802.11n wireless networking, gigabit ethernet NIC, and 70+ WHr LiPo battery?

Also is Apple going to switch to the Nehalem mobile processors with integrated Intel graphics for their next MacBook Pros (will they be OpenCL compliant)? It seems they just switched from Intel graphics in favor of Nvidia.

If you are using the macbook pro as your benchmark to compare other laptops too......why don't you just get a macbook pro?

Apple will most likely be using the nehalem mobile processors(unconfirmed just going by their current hardware and previous trends).

Backlit keyboard on a laptop seems like a waste of money and a waste of battery power; the screen lights everything up just fine.

I don't know of any other laptops that use lithium polymers. Everything else can be found on other laptops, including even better RGB led backlit screens.

Thinkpads for example do.

Wrong. Thinkpads, again, have a LED that lights up the keyboard and it is useful at night.

Look at Dells new Latitude line. They have very similar option as the Mac.

Can you link me to a model that has a LiPo battery and LED backlit screen/keyboard

DELL xps m1340 has a back light keyboard it has similar features of apple but totally different style, not sure about polymer batteries but am sure that can be found out , there is one in the classifieds as well.
