-Mainboard: EP45-UD3R
-Processor: C2D E8400
-VGA: Nvidia 9500GT 1GB DDR2
-RAM: 2x2GB Kingston HyperX 1066 Mhz Ram (KHX8500D2/2G)
-CPU Cooler: Asus V60

First without any overclocking i couldn't get my ram to work at 1066 :S
i took the ram timings from the official website which came out to be 5-5-5-18 with 1.8v , and 5-5-5-15 2.25V but i could never boot with it.

i searched the forum and tried this template ( A ) but still i couldn't boot, nothing comes on screen and then bios reloads the old settings and reboot.

however i ended up running my system with this config, but still ram is running on bus 800mhz, with a cpu temp of 42-47 Average

1)Please Advice, how can i run my ram on 1066MHZ ?
2)If you have any over clocking advice please mention it, i dont know how far can i go with this system.

yes disable the Dram performance enhance or take it down to standard. bump your dram voltage to 2.2. now start messing with the (G)MCH Frequency Latch and System Memory Multiplier. when you load CPUZ make sure it is not a 3:5 divider as it is a bugged divider and is slow.
