Im gonna get an Abit KR7A-Raid MB with ATA133, what HD's are out there that are also ATA133?

I would without a doubt recommend the d740x series from maxtor. They are both FAST and QUIET! I love mine!
It was my understanding that Maxtor was the only manufacturer currently producing ATA133 drives. I could be wrong...

are ATA 133 faster than ATA 100?
IBM released their 120gxp series as ATA 100, should i consider a Maxtor ATA 133 instead?
do all knew motherboards support ATA 133? my motherboard is for pentium 4 - Abit TH7II-RAID
Yes they are faster than ATA100 but you'll barely notice much of a difference.

you need to buy a controller card as well with the maxtor 133 hard disks as i don't think they come with the retail version any more.
