Need some help w/ case fans

i have a total of 4 case fans right now... and im not too sure about the way i have them blowing & sucking.. here are two pics of the case... and which fans i have where..

anyone have any suggestions on how to improve the setup

Okay, here's my opinion. The two fans on the side panel. Make them blow into the case. Remove the rear fan and block the hole. The bottom front fan. Turn it around to exhaust air. That's pretty much how I have my wifes PC set up except there is only one 92mm fan on the side panel blowing in and the setup works great.
