h2o+waterwetter has been best for heat trasfer long as you are not going below freezing until now
actually there is a new technolgy that will greatly improve heat transfer called nano liquid (http://www.techtransfer.anl.gov/highlights/12-1/nanofluids.html) which is microscopic pieces of metal suspend in liquid in this case cu&h2o you would have to add something for anticorrision like water wetter or glycol
