Bent pin in CPU socket

Be very gentle and try to bend it back....

I have a bent pin in the CPU socket on my GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard. Should I try and RMA it? What are the chances that Gigabyte will fix it without charging me an arm and a leg for it.

I have a UD3R coming and shoud have it today. I hope that it did not fry my CPU(Q9550).

I have already tried and it is a no go.

Looks like the CPU is toast. Would not boot in a new motherboard. Looks like I will be contacting Intel.
