Guys I have P5KPL-CM, Q9400 and XMS2 800Mhz and I want to OC it but my bios options are confusing to me.

First of all in manual settings it has only following options.

CPU Frequency [auto,400,333,266,200]
DRAM Frequency [auto,667,800,1000,1110]

1.8v dual over voltage [auto,1.80v,2.00v,2.25v]
1.5v over voltage [auto,1.5v,1.6v]
VTT_CPU over voltage [auto,1.2v,1.3v]
1.25V over voltage [auto,1.25,1.4v]

My CPU multiplyer is 6-8

I have set my FSB to 376*8 (from 333*8) and DRAM frequency to 800Mhz and all the voltages are at default. It gave me 3.0Ghz but it also increased the memory frequency to 850mhz which I am unsure is good for XMS2. I want to OC the processor little more without increasing the memory frequency.

And for this mobo/pro what temps are good after ocing. My current @3.0 are 37-40 to 65-68 in realtemp.

I want to overclock the CPU little more without any negative effect on memeory performance, can any one suggest me best settings for it.

Set the DRAM frequency to 667 and that should drop the memory speeds and allow you to o/c the CPU a bit more.
