I Wondering is 47.5 C / 121F to high lowered vcore voltage to 1.55 to keep below 50c / full load. Trying to push to 1200 MHz :D
That's only 46.5W on the Duron. Assuming the inside of your case is not real hot, that is dismal performance from your HSF. Get a better HSF. $20-30 can buy you a lot better performance.
